Plaza Tamarindo is managed by a Homeowner’s Association and owners must comply with the

meter per month. A property manager takes care of cleaning and gardening services for the 
common areas, trash collection, security, maintenance etc. Additional services like cleaning of 
the units, rental services, payment services etc. are available, upon request, from the property management firm.
